Kenneth J. Fisher

Ken Fisher has over forty year's experience as a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio with a focus on Real Estate Tax Valuation Issues, Eminent Domain, Zoning and Land Use, and Municipal Law. 

 

Mr. Fisher graduated from Ohio State University in 1973 with a B.A. in Political Science and from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1976.  He is President of Kenneth J.  Fisher Co., L.P.A., located in the Terminal Tower in downtown Cleveland.

John E. Redeker
Of Counsel

John Redeker's practice is concentrated in real estate related matters.  John has over 35 years’ experience in representing clients in office, retail, industrial and residential transactions, including the representation of sellers and buyers in acquisitions and sales, landlords and tenants in leases and borrowers and commercial lenders in connection with construction loans and permanent financing.  John has represented both Federal and State appointed receivers in real estate receiverships.  When not engaged in real estate related matters, John has a great deal of experience in commercial transactions, including the formation and on-going representations of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.  He has negotiated and prepared documents for mergers, acquisitions, investments, small business succession planning and other owner/management related matters.

 

John is a native Clevelander with strong and enduring ties to the real estate business and banking communications with Northern Ohio. 

John is active in several educational and charitable organizations.

​​Dennis A. Nevar

Dennis Nevar focuses his practice on assisting clients with matters related to land use and zoning, real estate transactions, lease negotiations, administrative proceedings and appeals, corporate organization and general civil litigation. 

 

Mr. Nevar served as Acting Law Director for the City of University Heights from December 2009 through July 2010.  He assists municipal entities with various aspects of municipal law, including: zoning; annexation proceedings; public record law; preparation and review of legislation; contract negotiation, preparation and review; administrative proceedings; preparation of legal opinions; and general litigation.

 

Mr. Nevar graduated with a B.A. degree from Wittenberg University in 2001, and he received a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2004.

Kim Lynch

Kim joined Kenneth J. Fisher Co., L.P.A. in 1982 after graduating from Holy Name High School. She has more than 33 years of experience managing the firm.

Kim has a broad range of responsibilities, including the filing of court pleadings, processing mail and email, and bookkeeping.

 

Kim provides the attorneys with support in a variety of Probate Court matters, including Guardianships and Estate Accounting. She assists Mr. Fisher with all aspects of filing ad valorem real estate tax complaints with the local Boards of Revision and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.
