Successfully represented Cuyahoga County Health and Human Services Levy Committee in action for violation of Ohio Elections laws against Service Employees International Union ("SEIU"). After probable cause determination on April 24, 2003, a
full evidentiary hearing was conducted in Columbus on May 5, 2003 resulting in findings
against the SEIU. Please note SEIU Attorney Donald McTigue unsuccessfully appealed the decision to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
